Return Policy

• CHANGE IN SIZE: If you've selected the wrong size, don't worry. Include a note specifying the correct size, and we'll send you the right one. Please note, while we are happy to exchange sizes, refunds are not provided for incorrect size choices.

• DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM: Despite our stringent quality checks, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, submit a return request with a photo of the damaged product. We'll send you a new item free of charge.

• PACKAGE LOST IN TRANSIT: If your package is lost in transit or hasn't arrived within the estimated shipping time plus 15 business days, contact us. If we can't trace the package, we'll re-ship a replacement free of charge.

• RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM: In the rare event that we send you the wrong item, please attach a photo of the incorrect item before submitting the return request.

•You want a refund/return due to a change of mind.

•Return request is made after 14 days of receiving the package.

•Original tags are not attached.

•Order cancellation is requested after the printing process has begun. (We print as soon as an order is made)

•The item(s) have been worn, washed, or altered.

•The exchange item differs in print or style from the original item.

• If you refuse a shipment from us then you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, customs duties, and return costs, should you wish for it to be re-sent to you.
• Refused and returned packages that go back to our fullfilment centre and are not claimed, are not then eligible for refund or exchange.

• We do not honour any post-purchase price adjustments on current orders.

• Anything purchased during sales or through promotions will not be refunded.

• Anything purchased during sales or through promotions are only eligible for exchange if size is incorrect.
